Plumbing and Heating Installation Begins at Harwich Bungalow Development
October marks an exciting phase in our Harwich development as plumbing and heating works commence across our five luxury bungalows.
Each property will be fitted with an A-rated condensing gas boiler system, providing efficient central heating and abundant hot water. Our experienced plumbing team is currently installing the primary pipe networks and setting up the heating infrastructure.
The bathrooms are a particular highlight, with each bungalow featuring a luxurious family bathroom and master en-suite. We’re installing quality sanitaryware throughout, including thermostatic shower systems, modern bathroom suites, and chrome heated towel rails.
